Music streaming app Spotify launches Spotify talks in Pakistan

Spotify Pakistan is launching its very first episode of Spotify Talks titled “Women In Music” which will feature Pakistani female artists who will shine light upon their careers and the challenges they faced along with the success they achieved on their journey of building their empire in the Pakistan music industry.

The first episode of Spotify Talks will be hosted by Anoushey Ashraf and will feature singer, songwriter, philanthropist, and household name Momina Mustehsan, EQUAL Pakistan’s Ambassador for September, as well as the multi-faceted stars Natasha Baig and Zoha Zuberi, the EQUAL Pakistan Ambassadors for July and June, and Rutaba Yaqub, Music Manager for Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Lately, we can see different brands trying to create their own branded content or integrate with shows that resonate with their audience.

Telenor, for example, integrated itself with the YouTube show “To be honest,” which featured Tabish Hashmi.

Another example of integrating into content is “Teeli,” which makes a series for Millenials and Gen Z alike. When watching a Teeli video, you can see how the content and brand are integrated.

The first conversation of Spotify Talks will launch on Monday, September 26, at 4:00 PM on the Spotify Talks microsite. Expect a witty yet impactful dialogue as EQUAL Ambassadors tell their stories and share insights on how to make it in the music industry.
